All sales are final unless product is damaged when it gets to you due to our packing, or for some reason when we recieve product if its not up to our standard you will be asked if you want a refund or to have it remade.
We are 99.9% RTS (ready to ship) so what this means is depending on time of order being placed it is either same day or next day. We use UPS 2 day shipping unless local we will use USPS or local pick up. We have strict protocal on this as we do not believe in delaying our customers and going outside of any TAT.
All Preordered items are a 15-20 business day turn around time, unless it states other wise!
We keep strict updates on our business page and VIP along with notifying our customers of any delays personally from the suppliers we use.
If it is for some reason 5-7 business days out of TAT due to the supplier and it is not custom we will offer a full refund.
For customs if the supplier is putting the TAT behind we will offer a partial refund for the inconvience as we cannot resell and will still ship it to you so you have it.
